424 Blue Jean Waistband Folder

Band is inserted with folder in "Position 1", band ends are folded by operator around pants. The pants and folder are manually shfted to "Position 2", and sewing begins.
When operator is within 3 to 4 inches of finishing band, folder is placed in "position 1" and band ends are folded around pants, consenquently, both ends are finished and ready for tacking.
Folder is mounted on breakdown bracket, no. F423-15 (see below)
Air jets blow strings into waistband to help eliminate timming.
